摘 要:泡沫排水采气是苏里格气田排水采气的主体技术,井口自动加注泡排剂的装置主要是针对单井,如对丛式气井仍然采取单井的加注方式,造成成本的增加。研发了丛式气井自控加药装置,采用多路电磁阀岛,将加药口分出多个出口,分别连接丛式井组每口井的套压取压位置,由RTU进行集中控制,通过轮训的方式,最终实现了一机多井自动加药。Foam drainage gas recovery is main technology of recovery gas by discharging water in Sulige gas field.The device of automatic filling foaming agent at wellhead is mainly for single well.The production cost will increase as taking filling mode of single well for cluster gas wells.The automatic injection device for cluster wells has been developed.The dosing outlet has been divided into several individual outlets with adopting multi-channel solenoid valve and is respectively connected to each position of casing pressure.The outlets are centrally controlled by RTU.The automatic injection mode of one machine with multiple wells is realized through circle way.
