摘　　要：建设科研管理信息系统是实现农业科研管理信息化的重要组织部分,是提升农业科研院所科研水平的重要保障。文章针对当前农业科研单位管理信息化普遍存在的问题,从管理实际需求和系统架构两个层面分析了问题的成因。结合中国热带农业科学院环境与植物保护研究所科研管理信息化建设的工作经验,提出了采用层次化设计的理念、以数据中心为核心、多业务系统并行和建立跨部门协同管理信息化平台的建设方案,以期为农业科研院所科研管理系统建设提供参考。Construction of management information system is an important part of achieving informatization of agricultural science and technology management and also is guarantee and necessary carrier for enhancing the level of scientific research. The problems in the informatization of scientific research management were analyzed from two aspects, actual demand and the system architecture. Taking the construction of scientific research management information system in Agricultural Environment and Plant Protection Institute of CATAS as a case, we introduced a hierarchical design concept and proposed construction project of information management platform, which based on research information data centre and operated the parallel multi-system, to realize inter departmental coordination management. This offered reference for the construction of scientific research management information system in agricultural research institutes.
