关于提升农业科研基地科研服务水平的探讨——以江苏省农业科学院六合动物科学基地为例

摘　　要：农业科研院所建设的科研试验基地已经成为科研项目实施、科技成果转化和科技人才培养的平台。随着项目组越来越多的科研工作在农业科研基地开展,提升基地科研服务质量,提高管理人员的科技服务水平已经势在必行。文章以江苏省农业科学院六合动物科学基地为例,分析了其存在的问题,提出农业科研基地应围绕基地功能与定位,制订长期可持续性发展规划,在保证建设运行经费、管理服务人力的同时,通过提升基地管理人员科技服务水平、机械化装备水平,健全科研用工保障与激励机制,改善科研基地硬件设施条件,提高农业科研基地综合服务水平的建议,以期为农业科研项目的顺利实施提供保障。The test bases of academies of agricultural sciences have already become the platform for carrying out of projects, transform of research achievements and personnel training. With the increasing number of research team who carry out more and more scientific work in the test base, to improve the technological service quality of administrative staffs working in the test base is imperative. Taking Liuhe Animal Science Base, Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, problems were analyzed in the paper. Countermeasures were put forward, such as making a long-term sustainable development plan revolved around function and orientation of test bases, ensuring sufficient construction fund and human resources of the test base, improving technological service quality of administrative staffs, the equipment level of mechanization, perfecting system of employment and excitation mechanism, improving conditions of hardware and equipments, lifting technological service capacity. This would provide safeguard for smooth going of agricultural research projects in the test base.
