摘　　要：科技开发工作是一项繁杂的系统工程,做好该项工作需要自上而下多渠道、全方位的共同努力。目前,农业科研单位开发创收工作面临科技开发工作吸引力减弱、被严重边缘化和没有过硬的科技成果等困境。根据国家最新方针政策,结合农业科研单位实际,文章提出农业科研单位应加强组织保障、建立一套成熟可行的科技开发运行机制、多产出符合市场需求的科技成果和加大开发资金投入等对策,以期对我国农业科研单位的开发创收工作有所借鉴和指导。The development of science and technology is a complicated system project. Efforts from all staff working in various ways are required to do this work well. The dilemmas for the development of science and technology in agricultural research institutions were elaborated in the paper. For example, this work is less attractive, severely marginalized, lack of great technological feats, and so on. Based on the latest national policies and as well as the situations in agricultural research institutions, series of targeted strategies were proposed including strengthening assurance of organization, establishing a set of mature and feasible operation mechanism for the development of science and technology, producing more marketable scientific achievements, investing more, etc. This could be used as guidance and reference in the future.
