硼抑制超低碳高强含磷钢裂纹的研究

摘  要:为了研究硼对超低碳高强含磷钢裂纹的抑制作用,设计了含硼和不含硼两种成分的超低碳高强含磷钢,通过拉伸断裂实验、金相分析、二相粒子透射分析等方法,对两种钢的力学性能、组织、成形性能和使用性能进行了对比分析,结果表明,硼对超低碳含磷钢裂纹有很好的抑制作用,能够显著提高产品性能。In order to study the preventive effect on cracks of the ultra-low carbon phosphorus-bearing steel with high strength by adding boron element, two different types of ultra- low carbon phosphorus-bearing steels with and without adding boron are designed. By such methods as doing tensile fracture experiments, carrying out the metallographic examination and two-phase particle transmission analysis, the comparative analysis on the mechanical properties, microstruetures, forming properties and service performance of these two types of steels was done. The analytical results show that adding boron into the steel can play a good role in preventing the cracks of ultra-low carbon phosphorus-bearing steel and the properties of this kind of steel products can be improved significantly.
