摘　　要：介绍了鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司转炉经济模式炼钢的生产实践,包括尾渣、渣道返回渣、铁矿石及烧结矿的回收利用技术和5孔氧枪喷头的开发应用技术等。采用转炉经济模式炼钢技术后,降低生产成本4.06元/t钢。The converter steelmaking Iron ＆ Steel Subsidiary Company of practice in economical and practical way in Bayuquan Angang Steel Co., Ltd. is introduced, which includes these technologies such as the technology for recycling tailings, slag returned from slag channel, iron ore and sinter and the applied technology of the new developed oxygen lance nozzle with five nozzles. The production cost is reduced by 4.06 yuan RMB per ton steel after the converter steel making process in economical and practical way is put into practice.
