摘　　要：大学生生产实习是高校教学的一个重要环节,也是全面提高人才综合素质的有效手段。根据专业的特点,选择食用菌厂实习,学生实地进行菌种分离、制种和栽培管理等工作,掌握其栽培的基本流程和各项操作。经生产实习后,不仅强化学生对基础知识和基本技能的掌握,同时提高其实践工作能力,拓宽专业视野,加深实习生对课本知识的理解,做到学以致用、理论结合实践,为将来就业和创业打下良好的基础。College students′practice is an important part of the teaching activities , and is also an effective means to comprehensively improve the overall quality of talent .According to the designed professional features , mushroom plant internships was chosen to conduct the students field strains like seed isolation, production and cultivation management etc ..These activities will be helpful for them to master the basic process and the fungal cultivation .The production practice not only to strengthen students′basic knowledge and mas-tery of basic skills , but also improve their ability in practice work , to broaden professional horizons and deepen the understanding of in-terns to textbook knowledge .
