摘 要:以6~7周陶赛特羔羊为超排对象,高原型藏羊为受体,首次在青海省开展JIVET技术应用试验。结果:羔羊超排采集卵母细胞27.16枚/只,体外受精率91.38%,卵裂率47.41%,胚胎移植怀孕率16.66%,产下5只纯种陶塞特羔羊,表明试验取得成功,综合分析认为青海高寒牧区绵羊营养水平对JVET技术的应用具有重要的影响。The Dorset lamb aged between 6 and 7 weeks was employed for superovulation, and plateau type Tibetan sheep was as transfer receptor. The JIVET application research was implemented for the first time in Qinghai province. The results showed that 27.16 oocytes per lamb were collected by superovulation, in vitro fertilization rate was 91.38, the cleavage rate was 47.41%, the pregnancy rates of embryo transfer was 16.66% and 5 purebred Dorset lamb were produced. All above results demonstrated that JIVET research was succeed. We conclude that the nutrition level of sheep lived in Qinghai alpine pasturing area plays an important role in the application of JIVET.
