中国美利奴与青海半细毛羊杂交试验

摘　　要：试验在高寒牧区天然草地放牧条件下,通过中国美利奴与青海半细毛羊杂交,测定杂交一代羊从出生到4月龄和12月龄的生长发育指标,结果表明:杂交一代羔羊生长发育快于青海半细毛羔羊,4月龄活重为28.84kg,12月龄活重为35.07kg,分别比青海半细毛羔羊提高5.19 kg和5.77kg(P<0.01)。体长、体高、胸围、胸深显著高于青海半细毛羔羊(P<0.01)。The crossbreeding experiment of Chinese Merino and Qinghai semi-fine wool sheep were implemented under natural grassland grazing in alpine pastoral area for determinating development and growth index of F1 lamb aged with 4 month and aged with 12 month. The results showed that： F1 lamb had faster growth compared with Qinghai Semi-wool lamb under the harsh environment conditions of Qinghai plateau, the live weight of lamb aged with 4,12 month is 28.84 kg and 35.07 kg, respectively, increased by 5.19 kg and 5.77kg（P〈0.01） respectively compared with Qinghai Semi-wool lamb. Body length, body height, chest girth, chest depth was significantly higher than that of Qinghai Semi-wool lamb（ P〈0.01）.
