保暖针织内衣面料表面花纹创新设计

摘　　要：以18.0 tex精梳棉纱与16.7 tex/76 f涤纶DTY为原料,设计织制了4款保暖内衣针织面料表面花纹图案,包括菱形花纹、口罩纹、人字形纹、复合花纹。给出了织物的编织工艺,包括设备参数、织针排列、意匠图、三角排列、穿纱方式等,以及毛坯布和光坯布的面料参数。同时给出该类面料的衍生结构设计方法,如格形效应设计、颜色变化设计等,所设计的表面花纹图案新颖别致,为保暖内衣面料花纹图案的创新设计提供参考。The paper develops four new kinds of surface patterns of knitted thermal underwear fabric by using 18.0 tex combed cotton yarn and 16.7 tex/76 f polyester DTY filament, which include argyle pattern, mask pat- tern, herringbone pattern and compound pattern. It introduces in detail the knitting technology including equipment parameters, needle arrangement, notation, cam arrangement, and threading ways. In addition, the basic technical parameters and the design method of derived structure are given, such as lattice pattern and color change design. The results show that the new knitted fabrics are innovative and different, which can provide a certain reference for the innovative design of thermal underwear.
