摘　　要：对某苯乙烯装置磁力泵运行过程中的典型故障进行了分析,并对磁力泵的运行维护和降低磁力泵故障率提出了相应的措施,从而有效地提高了装置运行的稳定性和经济性。Analyzes the typical malfunctions during the operational process of magnetic pump in styrene device, and puts forward corresponding measures to the operating maintenance of magnetic drive pump and decrease its failure rate. Thus enhances the stability and economical efficiency of the plant operation.
