摘 要:通过对小口径高炮身管阳线和阴线直径的测试方法和技术要求进行分析,提出了基于电容式位移传感器的智能测试方案.研究了测试机械结构和算法,将小口径高炮身管阳线和阴线直径测试的径向位移精确地转换为轴向位移,解决了小口径身管无法径向放置位移传感器的难题.采用数据采集与处理技术,采集并分析小口径高炮身管阳线和阴线直径的变化量,为技术人员判断身管内径磨损程度提供可靠依据.实践证明,这种接触式、智能化的内径尺寸测试系统,能高精度测试小口径高炮身管的阳线和阴线直径.This paper analyzes testing methods and technical requirements for diameter of lands and grooves of small caliber barrel assembly, and it puts forward the intelligent testing project based on capacitor displacement sensor.Through testing mechanical construction and algorithmic solution, the radial displacement can be accurately converted into axial displacement in land and groove diameter testing, thus, solving the problem of the displacement sensor being unable to be placed radially into small caliber barrels. By means of data acquisition and data processing technology, small caliber barrel land and groove diameter variation can be acquired and analyzed, which provides reliable basis for technicians to judge the extent of barrel's inner diametric wear. Practices show that this contact-type intelligent inner diameter testing system can test land and groove diameter of small caliber AA gun barrel assembly with high precision, and satisfactory effect has been achieved.
