摘　　要：为了识别终端处理厂生产工艺的危险有害因素,提高终端处理厂的本质安全和安全运行水平,完善管理机制,采用危险与可操作性(HAZOP)分析对终端处理厂开展了工艺风险分析,并针对终端处理厂生产装置与工艺的安全设计提出了83项建议,有效的识别出终端处理厂存在的安全隐患,终端处理厂按照分析提出的建议初步整改落实后,明显降低了生产工艺及装置的安全风险,优化了部分关键设备的操作流程,为终端处理厂安全生产提供了有力的保障。In order to identify the dangerous and harmful factors of the production technology in the terminal treatment plant, improve the operation safety and optimize the management mechanism, the hazard and operability （HAZOP） analysis was carried out based on technological process in terminal treatment plant. 83 suggestions were proposed to improve the production equipment and design of the terminal treatment plant, and the potential safety hazard in the terminal treatment plant was effectively identified. After preliminary rectification implementation, the safety risk in plant production process and equipment can be reduced to guarantee the safety of the terminal treatment plant. In addition to, the operation process of some key equipment was optimized.
