摘  要:基于节能减排提效理念,改进现有OCO工艺,将沉淀池构建于主反应器一侧,得到一体化OCO工艺。以改进工艺处理模拟生活污水,在进水TN约为40 mg/L的条件下,通过改变剩余污泥排放量和进水COD、TP浓度,研究污泥龄和碳磷比对工艺脱氮除磷的影响,探讨工艺运行的优化策略。试验结果表明:(1)污泥龄为12 d是脱氮除磷的一个平衡点,此时COD、NH4+-N、TN、TP的去除率分别达到94%、99%、80%和92%;(2)稳定进水TP浓度为5 mg/L,改变COD浓度,使C/P比为20~120,当C/P比为60时,COD、NH4+-N、TN、TP去除率分别达到90%、99%、80%和90%;(3)稳定进水COD浓度为300 mg/L,改变TP浓度,使C/P比从15增加为60,当C/P比为30时,COD、NH4+-N、TN、TP去除率分别达到93%、99%、80%和91%。The study was based upon the theory of energy-saving and environment-protecting, the current OCO process must be improved for activated sludge automatic return. The main improvement was that the sedimentation tank will be built on one side of the main reactor, become integrated OCO process. In order to investigate the process operation optimization strategy, using the process for treatment of simulated sewage, the effect with different SRT and C/P of the integration OCO system was studied, under the conditions of TN concentration was about 40 mg/L. The results showed that: (1) 12 d of Sludge age is a balance of nitrogen and phosphorus removal. At the point COD, NH4^-N, TN and TP removal rate were 94 %, 99 %, 80 % and 92 %, respectively. (2) Keeping the concentration of TP in influent is about 5 mg/L, Changed the COD concentration to study the effects C/P ratio of nitrogen and phosphorus removal. When the C/P ratio was 60, COD, NH4+-N, TN and TP removal rate were 90 %, 99 %, 80 % and 90 %, respectively. (3) Keeping the concentration of COD in influent is about 300 mg/L, Changed the TP concentration to study the effects C/P ratio of nitrogen and phosphorus removal. When the C/P ratio was 30, COD, NH4+-N, TN and TP removal rate were 93 %, 99 %, 80 % and 91%, respectively.
