摘　　要：以中石化塔河分公司的克劳斯硫磺回收装置和中海油东方石化LO-CAT硫磺回收装置为例,从这两种工艺的反应机理、反应条件、生产控制流程、原料的使用范围、操作的适应性、H2S脱除率、硫磺产品质量、尾气排放等方面比较,明晰各种工艺的特点,便于硫磺回收工艺的选择与实际操作。In Sinopec Tahe branch Claus sulfur recovery unit and CNOOC Dongfang Petrochemical LO-CAT sulfur recovery unit as an example, from the reaction mechanism, these two kinds of process conditions, production process control, raw materials used, the operation range of adaptability, removal rate of H2S, the sulfur product quality, exhaust emissions were compared, features clear various processes for sulfur recovery process, the choice and the actual operation.
