摘　　要：测量不同湿度环境下带锈处理液转化膜的干燥时间及耐腐蚀性能,通过极化曲线和电镜元素分析对其原因进行了进一步的分析。实验表明:带锈处理液使用的适宜湿度为50%RH^80%RH,湿度过高或过低均会影响其成膜性能和耐腐蚀性能。Measure drying time and corrosion resistance of rust treatment liquid under the different humidity, use polarization curve and electron microscopic analysis of elements to analyze the reason. The result shows that： the best humidity of using rust treatment liquid is 50 %RH-80 %RH, humidity is too high or too low will affect the film properties and corrosion resistance.
