摘 要:以高分子/二氧化硅双重负载的纳米钌为催化剂,采用邻硝基氯苯液相催化加氢制备邻氯苯胺,系统考察了反应温度、压力、催化剂用量、溶剂等因素对催化剂反应性能的影响,同时对催化剂的稳定性进行了研究。实验结果表明,该催化剂具有很高的催化活性,以甲醇为溶剂,邻硝基氯苯初始浓度0.5 mol/L,温度60℃,压力1.0 MPa,反应2.0 h后,邻硝基氯苯转化率和邻苯氯胺选择性分别达到97.4%和99%以上;同时,催化剂具有良好的稳定性,经过20次重复实验后,催化剂性能未发生明显变化。Catalytic hydrogenation for o-chloronitrobenzene in liquid phase was introduced for prodution of o-chloroaniline using nanosized ruthenium catalyst supported by polymer/silica di-supporter. Effects of reaction temperature, pressure, the amount of catalysts and solven on conversion of o-chloronitrobenzene and selectivity of o-chloroaniline were investigated. Stability of catalyst was also studied. Supported nanosized ruthenium catalyst exhibited higher activity. Under the optimized conditions (methanol as solvent, initial concentration of substrate 0.5 molFL, 60 ℃ and 1.0 MPa), reaction time about 2.0 h, conversion of o-chloronitrobenzene was up to 97.4 % and selectivity of o-chloroaniline was as high as 99 %. The catalyst exhibited good stability; it was not obviously deactivated after being used for 20 cycles.
