摘  要:为在相同ps脉冲源输出电压下获得更高的电场强度以进行细胞实验,基于已有研究成果,设计了ps脉冲细胞实验装置,给出了信号不失真传输措施;并采用有限元法和CST建立了细胞实验装置的3维模型,综合考虑ps脉冲信号不失真传输、电场强度足够大以及电场均匀度良好3个重要指标后,对托针和电极池的相关参数进行了仿真优化。结果表明:采用所设计的实验装置传输电磁波时,其反射波幅值较小,并能产生强度较大的电场;托针直径对电极池中的电场分布具有影响,宽托针产生的电场更加均匀、反射波幅值更小;电极池中电场均匀度随极板厚度的减小先增大后减小。根据仿真结果,当托针直径取5 mm、极板厚度在0.66-0.70 mm之间时,电极池中的电场强度足够大且均匀度较好。In order to provide higher electric field intensity for cell experiments at fixed picosecond output voltages, we designed a cell experiment device with picosecond pulse power source based on our previous works and proposed a method for transferring signals without distortion. Then we established a three-dimensional model of the experiment model using CST and finite element methods. Using the model and taking into account three indicators, namely, transferring picosecond pulse without distortion, sufficient electric field intensity and uniform electric field, we simulated and optimized the pin and electrode cuvette of the experiment device. The simulation results indicate that, for electromagnetic waves transferred with the proposed device, they can induce electric field with high intensity while having reflection waves with relatively low amplitude. Diameter of the pin will influence the electric field distribution: increasing the width of pin will enhance the uniformity of electric field and reduce the amplitude of reflection waves. Moreover, the electric field uniformity in electrode cuvette firstly increases and then decreases with decreasing plate thickness. It is concluded that, with pin diameter of 5 mm and plate thickness within 0.66-0.70 mm, the electrode cuvette will have electric field with both enough strength and good uniformity.
