摘  要:简要阐述了滩涂围垦造成的环境问题,在加快生态文明建设的强烈要求下提出生态围垦评价体系的重要意义,从社会经济、自然资源潜力、环境质量、景观生态、生态环境保护5个方面完善了生态围垦的内涵,进而采用层次分析法与专家咨询相结合的方法构建了生态围垦评价模型。利用模型对洞头县北岙后二期围垦工程进行评价,结果该工程被评为良好型"生态围垦"项目,评价结果与实际情况相符,验证了评价模型的可靠性和实用性。Environmental problems caused by tidal flat reclamation are briefly expounded,and the significance of building an assessment system for ecological reclamation under the strong request of accelerating ecological civiliza-tion is presented.The connotation of ecological reclamation is enriched from perspectives of social economy,natural resource potential,environmental quality,landscape ecology and eco-environmental protection.Moreover,a model of assessing ecological reclamation is established by combining the analytic hierarchy process with consulting opin-ions of experts.This model is applied to the evaluation of the reclamation project II in Beiao of Dongtou County. The assessment results are in accordance with the practice that it is a good project of ecological reclamation,which further verifies the reliability and practical applicability of the assessment model.
