摘 要:粉细砂地基抽水管井因为细砂颗粒进入滤层、井底而影响抽水效率,甚至引起管井报废,同时大量细颗粒流失容易引起侧向土体渐进渗透破坏甚至影响基坑整体稳定。为保证基坑降水工程的顺利进行,以秦淮河船闸扩容改造工程为背景,通过室内模拟试验对滤网的选择进行方案设计、比选。最终得出结论:在粉砂地基土降水井井周的滤网结构宜选择80目+120目的双层滤网,并在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。试验成果可供类似工程参考与借鉴。Fine sand particles entering the filter layer and borehole of dewatering well tubes in silty sand stratum will reduce the dewatering efficiency and even lead to well tube failure.Meanwhile,loss of a large number of fine parti-cles is prone to cause progressive seepage failure and even affect the overall stability of the foundation pit.In order to ensure the dewatering works,we conducted indoor simulation test to design and compare schemes of filter screen selection.The expansion project of Qinhuai River Sluice was taken as the engineering background.Results suggest that double-layer screens of 80 meshes and 120 meshes are suitable for the dewatering well in silty sand foundation. It was applied to engineering practice and obtained good result.
