摘 要:开展了不同进气方式(上方进气和侧方进气)对于空气提升泵提升性能影响的实验研究。实验以冷态水为介质,通过测量单位时间内的液体提升量,对比分析了在不同沉浸比、不同气体输送量的条件下,不同进气方式对导流式空气提升泵液体提升量的影响。实验结果表明:不管采用何种进气方式,沉浸比越大,液体提升量越大;液体提升量随着进气量的增加先升高后减少,有一个提升极值。在沉浸比为0.5时,气体输送量1-4 L/min时,侧方进气提升量比其它两种方式最高可高出41.45%;气体输送量5-25 L/min时,上方直接进气提升量比其它两种方式最高可高出12.75%;总体而言,上方直接进气方式具有较好的总体提升效果。Experimentally studied was the influence of various air admission modes( top and lateral admission) on the performance of an air lifting pump. With cold-state water serving as the working medium during the test,through measuring the amount of liquid lifted in a unit time,the influence of various air admission modes on the amount of liquid lifted of a flow guide type air lifting pump was analyzed under the condition of the submerging ratio and the amount of air transmitted being different. The test results show that no matter what kind of air admission mode is adopted,the bigger the submerging ratio,the larger the amount of liquid lifted. The amount of liquid lifted will first increase and then decrease with an increase of the amount of air admitted,however,there will exist an extremum for the lifting. When the submerging ratio is 0. 5 and the amount of air transmitted is 1- 4 L / min,the amount of liquid lifted by adopting a lateral admission mode can be higher than that by adopting another admission mode by 41. 45% to the most outside. When the amount of air transmitted is 5- 25 L / min,the amount of liquid lifted by adopting the top direct admission mode can be higher than that adopting another mode by 12. 75% to the most outside. In general,the top direct admission mode can achieve a relatively good overall lifting effectiveness.
