摘  要:量子点免疫印迹是一种新型检测技术,近几年在生命科学领域备受关注。它具有传统免疫印迹的优点,灵敏度更高,光学稳定性更好,并能多色检测,且简单快速。量子点免疫印迹技术拓宽了免疫印迹的应用范围,在定性定量检测方面运用更加广泛。本文对近几年量子点与生物分子偶联的常用技术及体系,以及量子点偶联技术在免疫印迹中的应用进展进行了简要评述,并展望其在药物分析领域的应用前景。As a new detection technology,quantum dots- based Western blot has attracted considerable attention in the field of life science. It possesses not only the advantage of traditional Western blot and but also excellent optical performance such as higher sensitivity,better optical stability and multicolor detection. It is a simple and fast method that can be widely used in qualitative and quantitative analyses and broadens the application of Western blot. In this paper,we reviewed the quantum dots- based Western blot compared with traditional Western blot,the surface modification of biomolecules via quantum dots and coupling system,its applications in Western blot,as well as its application prospects in the field of pharmaceutical analysis.
