摘 要:目的:建立HPLC法同时测定绿衣枳壳中柚皮苷、橙皮苷及枳属苷的含量。方法:采用Hypersil ODS2(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸水溶液(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱(0~15 min,20%A;15~17 min,20%A→30%A;17~27 min,30%A),流速1.0 m L·min-1,检测波长283 nm。结果:柚皮苷、橙皮苷及枳属苷进样量分别在0.080~2.667、0.033~1.088、0.090~3.013μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 6~0.999 9);各组分平均回收率(n=3)在99.63%~101.5%之间,RSD为0.040%~1.2%。10批样品测定结果为柚皮苷含量1.62%~2.02%,橙皮苷含量0.045%~0.063%,枳属苷含量1.66%~1.90%。结论:本法可用于同时测定绿衣枳壳中柚皮苷、橙皮苷及枳属苷的含量。Objective: To develop an HPLC method to simultaneously determine naringin,hesperitin and poncirin in Fructus Ponciri Trifoliatae Immaturi. Methods: The Hypersil ODS2( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) column was used.Acetonitrile( A)- 0. 1% phosphoric acid( B) was used as the mobile phase with gradient elution( 0- 15 min,20%A; 15- 17 min,20% A→30% A; 17- 27 min,30% A),at a flow rate of 1. 0 m L·min- 1. The detection wavelength was 283 nm. Results: The calibration curves of naringin,hesperitin and poncirin were in good linearity over 0. 080-2. 667 μg,0. 033- 1. 088μg,0. 090- 3. 013μg( r = 0. 999 6- 0. 999 9). The average recovery was in the range of 99. 63%- 101. 5% and RSD was in the range of 0. 040%- 1. 2%. The contents in 10 samples were in the range of1. 62%- 2. 02% for naringin,0. 045%- 0. 063% for hesperidin and 1. 66%- 1. 90% for poncirin. Conclusion:The method can be used to determine the contents of naringin,hesperitin and poncirin in Fructus Ponciri Trifoliatae Immaturi.
