关于智能配网运营监控平台的研究与分析

摘　　要：针对我国传统配电网管理模式存在的问题,山东省电力公司针对智能配网运营关键技术进行大量研究,开发了智能配网运营监控平台,整合调度、生产、营销各个环节配网信息资源。将"全景、透明、实时"的配网展示,实现省、市、县三级一体化管控,是对传统配电网系统运行管理模式的挑战。主要对智能配网运营监控系统,包括关键技术的研究、平台研发、技术优势、特色功效、管理应用等方面进行了详细阐述。In view of problems and shortcomings of the traditional distribution network management mode in China,Shandong Electric Power Company has made a lot of research on the key technology of smart operation of the distribution network and has developed the smart distribution network operation monitoring platform,which,integrating scheduling,production and marketing information resources,displays a ＂panoramic,transparent and real time ＂ distribution network,realizes integrated management and control of 3 levels（province,city and county）,and poses a challenge to the traditional distribution network management mode. This paper expounds on the smart distribution network operation monitoring system, including research on key technology, platform RD, technical advantage,special effects as well as management and application.
