胃癌术后18例胃麻痹的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析胃癌术后患者出现胃麻痹的原因,探讨诊断、治疗方法。方法 2008—2013年收治胃癌根治术患者418例,并发胃麻痹患者18例,对其临床资料进行分析。结果 18例患者经过非手术保守治疗方法,17例痊愈,1例因家庭经济原因放弃治疗。结论发生胃麻痹原因较多,属功能性疾病,可采取多种方法保守治疗,多获得痊愈。Objective The gastric cancer postoperative stomach palsy in 18 patients, analyze the causes, diagnosis, treatment. Methods 2008 -2013 years in our hospital 418 cases of patients with gastric cancer, 18 cases of patients with gastric paralysis, and the clinical data analysis. Results 18 patients of non operation after conservative treatment, 17 cases were cured, 1 cases gave up treatment because of family economic reasons. Conclusion The occurrence of gastric paralysis more reasons, is a functional disease, can adopt various methods to conservative treatment, multiple healed.
