医院在职人员慢性代谢病患病状况6年前后对比研究

摘　　要：目的：了解我院在职职工慢性代谢性疾病患病状况及其变化趋势，为其防治提供依据。方法：采用横断面调查方法，对我院在职职工1060人进行问卷调查，测量身高、体重、血压，检测空腹血糖、血脂、血尿酸，口服75g葡萄糖负荷后2h血糖等，并与2008年调查结果进行比较。结果：2014年我院在职职工高血脂、高尿酸、高血糖、高血压患病率分别为42.0%、17.1%、17.8%、3.8%；代谢异常率随年龄的增长而增高（P〈0.05），各年龄组男性代谢及血压总异常率均高于女性（P〈0.01）；与2008年相比，22~30岁及31~40岁职工其代谢及血压总异常率均显著增高（P〈0.01）。结论：我院在职职工慢性代谢性疾病患病率高，代谢异常发生年龄有提前趋势，应早期干预。Objective：To understand the changes and trend of in-service staff with chronic metabolic disease in our hospital and provide basis for its prevention and treatment. Methods： With a cross-sectional survey method, 1060 in-service staff in our hospital accepted questionnaire survey for height, weight, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, blood lipid, serum uric acid and 2 hour glucose after 75g oral glucose load, which compared with the results of 2008. Results：In 2014 prevalence rate of hyperlipidemia, hypeluricemia, hyperglycemia and high blood pressure of our hospital in-service staff was 42%, 17.1%, 17.8%and 3.8%;metabolic abnormality rate increased with the increase of age （P〈0.05）, the total abnormal rates of metabolism and blood pressure in each age group of male were higher than that of female （P〈0.01）;compared with 2008, total abnormal rates of the metabolism and blood pressure of 22~30 and 31~40 years old staffs were all significantly increased （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Prevalence rate of chronic metabolic diseases of our hospital in-service staff is high, age of metabolic abnormalities has trend in advance, which should be early intervened.
