摘　　要：单纯性肥胖症是糖尿病、高血脂及脑血管病等多种严重危害人体健康疾病的危险因素，按摩减肥以疗效显著、无毒副作用而被患者广泛接受。本文总结近几年来按摩治疗单纯性肥胖症的研究报道，从其发病机制、实验和临床三方面综述按摩对单纯性肥胖症的效果及机理，为今后研究工作提供参考。Obesity is a risk factor for diabetes, hyperlipidemia, cerebral vascular diseases and other diseases which are serious harmful to human health, massage with obvious curative effect, without toxic side effect, is widely accepted by patients. This paper summarizes the research reports about massage therapy on simple obesity in recent years, based on pathogenesis, clinical and experimental aspects exploring the effect and mecha- nism of massage on simple obesity, to provide reference for the future research.
