摘　　要：壮医经筋疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的关键是壮医摸结诊病术和壮医解结治病术，通过壮医经筋摸结定穴治病，配合现代解剖病理认识腰椎间盘突出症筋结形成规律及定位方法，为临床治疗腰椎间盘突出症提供指导。The key of treating lumbar disc herniation by reinforcement therapy of Zhuang medicine is diagnosis through search knots and cure through untying knots, curing by search knots to locate acpoints, combined with modern anatomical pathology to know about the formation law of clustered nodules and their positioning methods in lumbar disc herniation, in order to guide the clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
