摘　　要：目的：分析1250株鲍曼不动杆菌分布与药敏试验情况。方法：2010~2014年我院临床分离的1250株鲍曼不动杆菌采用最低抑菌浓度（MIC）法进行药敏实验，并按NCCLS标准判断细菌耐药性，分析其分布情况及其耐药谱变化。结果：1250株鲍曼不动杆菌源于痰液标本、分泌物标本、脓液标本，主要分布于ICU及呼吸内科；庆大霉素的耐药率最高（86.7%），亚胺培南耐药率最低（20.0%）。结论：医院感染鲍曼氏不动杆菌对多种抗生素具有抗药性，临床应加强监测，及时有针对性地选用抗生素予以治疗。Objective：To analyze the distribution and drug sensitivity test of 1250 strains of baumanii. Methods：1250 strains of baumanii which clini-cally separated during 2010~2014 in our hospital ran drug sensitivity test with method of minimum inhibitory concentration （MIC）, estimated the bac-terial drug resistance according to NCCLS standard, to analyze the distribution and changes of drug-resistance spectrum. Results：1250 strains of bau-manii originated from sputum specimens, secretion specimens and pus, and distributed mainly in ICU and respiratory department;resistant rate of gentamicin was the highest （86.7%）, and imipenem the lowest （20%）. Conclusion：Baumanii of hospital infection is resistant to multiple antibiotics, which should strengthen monitoring clinically, with timely and targeted use of antibiotics.
