摘 要:目的:分析1250株鲍曼不动杆菌分布与药敏试验情况。方法:2010~2014年我院临床分离的1250株鲍曼不动杆菌采用最低抑菌浓度(MIC)法进行药敏实验,并按NCCLS标准判断细菌耐药性,分析其分布情况及其耐药谱变化。结果:1250株鲍曼不动杆菌源于痰液标本、分泌物标本、脓液标本,主要分布于ICU及呼吸内科;庆大霉素的耐药率最高(86.7%),亚胺培南耐药率最低(20.0%)。结论:医院感染鲍曼氏不动杆菌对多种抗生素具有抗药性,临床应加强监测,及时有针对性地选用抗生素予以治疗。Objective:To analyze the distribution and drug sensitivity test of 1250 strains of baumanii. Methods:1250 strains of baumanii which clini-cally separated during 2010~2014 in our hospital ran drug sensitivity test with method of minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC), estimated the bac-terial drug resistance according to NCCLS standard, to analyze the distribution and changes of drug-resistance spectrum. Results:1250 strains of bau-manii originated from sputum specimens, secretion specimens and pus, and distributed mainly in ICU and respiratory department;resistant rate of gentamicin was the highest (86.7%), and imipenem the lowest (20%). Conclusion:Baumanii of hospital infection is resistant to multiple antibiotics, which should strengthen monitoring clinically, with timely and targeted use of antibiotics.
