摘  要:以龙麦26为试材,设置5个氮肥处理水平,研究了不同氮肥施用量对小麦生理特性及产量的影响。结果表明:100 kg·hm-2处理保护酶活性最高,显著高于对照,电导率低于对照23.66%;脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量分别比对照提高49.45%、136.04%、85.20%,差异显著;光合速率和蒸腾速率显著高于对照,胞间二氧化碳浓度显著低于对照;穗长和千粒重比对照提高20.26%、34.52%,产量提高1 638.66 kg·hm-2。综合分析认为,100 kg·hm-2处理效果最佳。The test used longmai 26 as materials and set five nitrogen levels, and studied the effect of different nitrogen on the physiological characteristics and yield in wheat. The results showed that 100 kg·hm^-2treatment protective enzymes active was highest and significantly higher than the control, conductivity lower than the control 23.66%;proline, soluble sugar, soluble protein content improved 49.45%,136.04%,85.20% than control,and had significant difference;photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate was significantly higher than the control, and intercellular carbon dioxide concentration was significantly lower than the control;ear length and grain weight was increased 20.26%, 34.52% than control, and production increased 1 638.66 kg·hm^-2. Comprehensive analysis showed that 100 kg·hm^-2treatment was best.
