摘  要:研究采用体外培养的方法,探究p H和纤维水平对苜蓿纤维吸附铜的影响。研究共分两个试验。试验一:采用2×7析因试验设计,设定两个(3.0和5.5)p H水平及7个铜离子水平;试验二:采用4×7析因试验设计,设定0.125、0.25、0.5和1 g·m L-1的4个纤维水平及7个铜离子水平。体外39℃培养24 h。与p H 3.0相比,p H5.5时的铜离子被纤维吸附的比率更高(P〈0.05);随着纤维水平的增加,纤维吸附铜离子的比率和吸附量逐渐提高(P〈0.05)。因此得出结论:在p H3.0-5.5条件下,p H越低,苜蓿纤维对铜的吸附性越强;纤维水平越高,纤维对铜的吸附性越强。The objective of the study was to investigate the effects of p H and fiber level on absorption of copper to alfafa fiber in vitro. In experiment 1,the absorption of copper to alfalfa fiber under p H( 3.0 or 5.5) was determined with 7 copper concentrations in2×7 factorial design. In experiment 2,the absorption of copper to alfalfa fiber under 4 fiber level( 0.125,0.25,0.5,1 g·m L-1) was determined with 7 copper concentrations in 4×7 factorial design. Comparing with absorption rate of copper to alfalfa fiber under p H3.0,the absorption rate of copper to alfalfa fiber was higher under p H 5.5( P0.05). With the increased fiber level,the absorption rate or amount of copper to alfalfa fiber increased gradually( P0.05). Under the condition of p H 3.0-5.5,the p H was lower,and the absorption ability of copper to alfalfa fiber was the higher. The level fiber was higher,and the absorption ability of copper was higher.
