摘  要:为了探讨节能灯替代白炽灯作光源培养光合细菌的可能性,在相同光强的节能灯和白炽灯下及不同光强的节能灯下对产5-氨基乙酰丙酸(5-aminolevulinic acid,ALA)的光合细菌SXY-8菌株的生长和活细胞吸收光谱进行了比较。试验表明同等光照强度下,SXY-8在白炽灯下比节能灯下提前8 h进入对数生长期,菌绿素含量明显高,而培养物浓度、活细胞的类胡萝卜素和菌绿素的吸收光谱两种光源下相同;SXY-8在8 W节能灯下生长速度显著(P<0.05)高于14 W节能灯下,两种灯下的培养物终浓度无显著(P<0.05)差异且较高。节能灯可替代白炽灯作光源培养产ALA的光合细菌SXY-8菌株。In order to explore the possibility of energy-saving lamps that replaced incandescent light sources for culturing photosynthetic bacteria,the growth and living cells absorption spectra of photosynthetic bacteria SXY-8 producing 5-aminolevulinic acid( ALA) at the same light intensity of energy-saving lamps and incandescent lamps and at the different light intensities of energysaving lamp were compared. At the same light intensity,the tests showed that SXY-8 at the incandescent lamp than energy-saving lamps arrived the logarithmic growth phase 8 h in advance,and bacteriochlorophyll content was higher,but the concentration of the culture and the absorption spectra of carotenoid and bacteriochlorophyll of living cells were same at the two light sources. Growth rate of SXY-8 at 8 W energy-saving lamp was significantly( P 0.05) higher than at 14 W energy-saving lamp,and the concentration of the culture at 8 W( 820 Lux) and 14 W( 1 500 Lux) energy-saving lamp were similar and high,and energy-saving lamps could replace incandescent lamp as the light source for culturing photosynthetic bacteria SXY-8 producing ALA.
