摘  要:在规模化养猪生产中,猪舍的温度、湿度和氨气浓度等环境因素直接影响着猪的健康及生产能力,猪舍环境监测受到国内外专家的普遍重视。针对国内目前猪舍环境监测相对落后的现状,基于无线传感器网络,设计了高效的猪舍环境三级监测网络系统。以Zig Bee模块CC2430芯片为核心设计了传感器终端节点、单舍控制节点和Zig Bee协调器,同时给出了软件流程及多传感器数据处理和融合算法。通过实际测试表明:监测系统可以在55 s内完成终端节点环境数据采集到传送至控制中心计算机中,高效地实现了现场数据采集、数据处理和各级网络间的数据通信。系统可为猪舍环境监测提供可行的解决方案。In the large scale pig farming,the environmental factors of swine house such as temperature,humidity and ammonia concentrations can directly affect health and production capabilities of pig,and the environmental monitoring of swine house was concerned about experts at home and abroad.To solve the problem of the relatively backward environmental monitoring situation in domestic piggery,the design of efficient monitoring network system with three layers was provided on base of WSN. Hardware design of the terminal sensor node,the cluster node in single piggery and Zig Bee coordinator based on a CC2430 chip were presented.Therefore,software process,multi-sensor data processing and fusion algorithms were also given. The results showed that the time consuming of the whole network was 55 s from environmental data collecting to terminal nodes to arriving at the control center computer. It implemented an efficient on-site data collection,data data communication between all layers of the network. Therefore,the system could provide the viable solution for environmental monitoring of swine house.
