摘  要:在低温条件下采用溶胶-凝胶法合成纳米二氧化钛,通过控制反应物钛酸四丁酯与水的比例,制备纳米Ti O2溶胶,并用掺杂Fe3+的方法对其进行改性处理。UV-vis分析表明:当Fe3+掺杂量为0.06%时,掺杂纳米Ti O2溶胶对紫外-可见光吸收效果有较明显提高。通过浸轧的方式将其应用于涤纶织物的功能整理中,并测试整理品的感应电压和半衰期,探讨不同掺铁量对涤纶织物抗静电性的影响,以及整理品的防紫外线性能。结果表明:当Fe3+掺杂量为0.06%时,涤纶织物的抗静电、防紫外线性能有所提高。Fe3 +-Ti O2 sol is prepared by sol-gel method under low temperature by controlling the ratio between tetrabutyl titanate and water and then modified with metal-doped method. The results of UV-vis show that Ti O2 sol of ultraviolet-visible absorption effect increases with 0. 06% Fe3 +doping content. And The finishing agent containing nano-titanium dioxide was used for multi-functional treatment of polyester fabrics by dip-padding technique. The antistatic effect was tested with induced voltage and half-life. The influence of amount of iron on antistatic property is discussed. The UV resistance performance of polyester fabric after finishing are also investigated. Results show that polyester fabric treated with Fe3 +-Ti O2 sol,Fe3 +-dopping 0. 06%,had the optimal antistatic property and antiultraviolet.
