摘  要:采用室内培养法,设置4个品种、3个温度、4个硒浓度,旱直播和水直播2种播种方式,共78个处理,研究亚硒酸钠浸种后再经冷锻炼对提高水稻种子出苗率的影响。研究结果表明:0.06 mg·L-1Se能明显提高水旱直播稻花香2号、鸡西稻1号和龙粳31的出苗率,0.08 mg·L-1Se能明显提高水旱直播空育131的出苗率。0.06 mg·L-1Se处理下,经2℃冷锻炼的旱直播稻花香2号出苗率均比-2℃冷锻炼的和25℃的增加了25个百分点(p<0.01)和12.5个百分点(P<0.05),经-2℃和2℃冷锻炼的旱直播鸡西稻1号出苗率分别比25℃的增加33.3个百分点(P<0.01)和25.0个百分点(P<0.05)。冷锻炼对水直播稻出苗率没有显著影响。An incubation experiment including four rice varieties, three temperatures, four concentration of Se,two seeding methods, 78 treatments in total was conducted to study the effects of seed-soaking with sodium selenitefollowed by cold hardening on enhancing emergence rate of direct-seeded rice. Results showed that the wet and dryseeding emergence rates of Daohuaxiang 2, Jixidao 1 and Longjing 31 seeds increased significantly by treated with0.06 mg·L^-1Se. So did Kongyu 131 seeds treated with 0.08 mg·L^-1Se. The emergence rate of Daohuaxiang 2 seedstreated with 0.06 mg·L^-1Se followed by 2℃ cold hardening was both increased by 25 percent and 12.5 percent(P〈0.01) than-2℃ cold hardening and 25℃ on dry seeding. The emergence rate of Jixidao 1 seeds treated with 0.06mg·L^-1Se followed by-2℃ and 2℃ cold hardening increased by 33.3 percent(P〈0.01) and 25.0 percent(P0.05)than 25℃ on dry seeding, respectively. The effects of cold hardening on wet seeding emergence rate was not signifi-cant.
