摘　　要：建设工程招投标制度实施以来,出现了多方面的问题,法制不健全、招标人的违规操作、招标代理机构的水平、投标人围标串标、评标委员会的职业道德及监管方的干预等问题,造成了建设工程招投标市场规范化进程缓慢。文章结合招投标市场实际考察对建设工程招投标目前存在的问题进行探讨,并提出一些对策。There are a variety of problems since the construction project bidding system established,the defect of legal system,the irregularities of the tenderer,The technology level of a procuratorial agency,the collusion of biders,The moral level of the bid assessment professional committee and the intervention from the regulatory department are the resistance of construction project bidding market progress.This paper will show the present problems of the construction project bidding by the investigation of the bidding market and try to put forward countermeasures.
