摘　　要：与多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化装置配套的水洗塔经常出现气体带水和压差大的问题。通过3次改造,以3个工作区域的构想,将水洗塔设计为舌形是为了使用低塔板+带导向的固阀塔板+泡罩塔板的结构,成功地降低了水洗塔压差,解决了气体带水的问题。Problems of water entrainment and high pressure differential occur frequently in water scrubber which is the supporting equipment of multi-nozzle oppositely placed coal-water slurry gasification unit. Through three-time renovations, with idea of three working areas, the water scrubber is designed as jet tray in order to use the structure of low tray ＋ directional fixed valve tray ＋ bubble- cap tray, pressure differential of water scrubber is decreased successfully, and problem of water entrainment is solved.
