关于推进苏南国家自主创新示范区建设的思考

摘　　要：建设苏南国家自主创新示范区,对于实施创新驱动发展战略、打造中国经济"升级版",具有重要的示范、辐射和带动作用。苏南地区应抓住这一重要机遇,明确目标定位,创新体制机制,发挥区域特色优势,强化整体规划联动,努力打造创新驱动发展引领区、深化科技体制改革试验区、创新一体化先行区,把示范区建成具有国际影响力的产业科技创新中心和创新型经济发展高地。The construction of the National Innovation Demonstration Zone in Southern Jiangsu plays an important role of demonstration, radiation and promotion in implementing innovation-driven development strategy and updating China＇s economy. Southern Jiangsu should seize this important opportunity to make a clear targeting, innovate its institutional mechanisms, give full play to its regional characteristics and advantages, strengthen overall planning and joint efforts to build a leading innovation-driven development zone, deepen reforming scientific and technological system in pilot areas, make renovations to integrated first-going areas, thus building the demonstration zone into an industrial technology innovation center of global impact as well as an outstanding example of innovation-based economic development.
