德国产学研体系和双元制教育对我国科技创新和人才培养的启示

摘　　要：2015年政府工作报告中指出,要实施"中国制造2025",坚持创新驱动、智能轻型、强化基础、绿色发展,加快从制造大国转向制造强国。在我国迈向制造强国的过程中,还面临很多棘手的问题。我国工业化发展与德国的工业化历史有着非常相似之处,充分研究德国产学研体系和双元制教育的先进做法,对我国科技创新和人才培养具有十分重要的参考和借鉴意义。The Government work report of 2015 pointed that our country plans to implement the Strategy of ＂China manufacturing 2025＂ to speed up the transformation from a big manufacturing country to a powerful country by persisting in innovation-driven, intelligent light system, strengthening the Foundation, green development. There are a number of difficulties in the way of being a manufacturing powerful country. The history of Chinese industry development is similar to the Germany′s, deep researching the advanced practice of Germany industry-universityresearch system and ＂dual system＂ is very significant to our country′s science and technology innovation and talent cultivation.
