摘　　要：在国外,高校图书馆作为社会公共服务机构,开展社会化服务较早,其社会服务能力较强,在推动经济发展和社区建设等方面作用较明显。文章立足当前国外高校图书馆开展社会信息服务的现状,总结其成功经验,为我国高校图书馆开展社会信息服务提供一定的参考和借鉴。As social public service agencies, the university libraries abroad carry out social services earlier, its social service ability is stronger, and effect is obvious in promoting the economic development and community construction.This paper is based on the current information services of university library abroad, summarizing its successful experience, to provide some references for university libraries in our country to carry out social information services.
