摘　　要：私营企业主阶层的参政议政是新时期中国经济发展与社会结构变迁的时代要求,也是社会与国家关系互动的结果。中央集权、市场经济和关系社会共同构成了我国新时期经济与政治发展的"中国模式",在这一模式下,私营企业主阶层参政议政应该在党的领导下,积极参与社会主义市场经济的建设,利用合法合理的各种社会渠道表达自己的利益诉求,共同推进中国现代化进程。Private entrepreneurs＇ political participation was required by the development of economy and society at the transitional new era of China.Private entrepreneurs in politics and society of this social reality is the result of interaction of state relations.The new ＂Chinese model＂introducing reasonable solution to the problems of centralization,market economy,social relations constitutes the basis of Chinese social structure.Private entrepreneurs can reasonably explain the democratic participation and national stability reasons.The future of China＇s modernization process in many phenomena and problems can be found in the＂China model＂under the framework of explanation.
