摘 要:基于空间啮合理论,推导了相错轴渐开线螺旋齿轮副的啮合方程和齿面方程,编写Matlab程序,生成齿轮副的实体和装配模型,由显式动力学接触分析得到齿轮副的瞬态接触力、接触应力和输出转速,进而进行齿轮副疲劳寿命分析;研究不同齿廓修形量对齿轮副接触应力、输出转速波动及疲劳寿命的影响规律。结果表明,适度的修形可以减小齿轮副的动态接触应力,降低输出转速波动,提高疲劳寿命,但对接触力的影响不大;在一定范围内,增大修缘厚度可以减小齿轮副动态最大接触应力,提高疲劳寿命,但同时加剧输出转速波动;增大随修缘高度会增大齿轮副动态最大接触应力和输出转速波动,减小疲劳寿命。Based on the space meshing theory,both the meshing and the tooth face equations of involute helical gear pair with crossed axis are deduced,Solid assemble model of gear pair is established by compiling Matlab program.Transient contact force,contact stress and output speed are obtained by explicit dynamics contact analysis. Then,fatigue life is analyzed and the influences of profile modification with different amount on contact stress,output speed fluctuation and fatigue life of gear pair are studied. The results indicate that the appropriate profile modification can reduce transient contact stress,decrease output speed fluctuation,increase fatigue life. However,it has little influence on contact force. Increasing profile thickness modification can reduce the dynamic max contact stress of gear pair,improve fatigue life,but aggravate output speed fluctuation; Increasing profile height modification would increase the dynaimc max contact stress of gear pai and output speed fluctuation,while the fatigue life is releasing.
