摘  要:基于单截面双刚度转子动力学分析原理与局限,针对变截面多轴段双刚度转子提出一种可行的双向刚度差异系数的计算方法,同时考虑因滚动轴承在高转速、低负载、大粘度情况下接触刚度与油膜刚度相当而导致随转子转速增大其综合径向支承刚度下降对转子临界转速的影响,采用集中质量法将变截面多轴段双刚度转子简化为多圆盘转子系统进行动力学分析,求出其第二类临界转速,并与某型高速齿轮箱的双刚度行星架振动测试结果对比分析,得到了较好的验证,具有一定的工程使用意义。Based on the dynamic analysis principle and limitations of the single cross section double stiffness rotor,in view of variable cross-section with multi-segment shaft of double stiffness rotor,this paper puts forward a feasible calculation method of two-way stiffness difference coefficient. At the same time,the contact rigidity and the oil film stiffness of rolling bearing are the same order of magnitude in high speed,low load and large viscosity condition,so considering the influence the rotor on the rotor critical speed with increasing its speed that leads to the combined radial support stiffness to be declines. Through the lumped mass method variable cross-section multi-segment shaft of double stiffness rotor is simplified into multi-disc rotor system,then the dynamic of multi-disc rotor system is analyzed,so the second critical speed can be obtained. Comparing the analysis results with vibration test results of planetary carrier of double stiffness in a certain high speed gear box. The better validation is obtained. The method has a certain engineering significance.
