摘  要:土工二维振动离心机是目前最先进的地震模拟试验设备,但其研制技术在国内鲜有报道。通过对二维振动离心机试验工况分析,确定了三层总体布局方案和垂臂/顺臂振动方向。针对二维振动离心机给定技术指标,提出了双吊篮对称臂结构和带工字梁的焊接框架转臂支架,并通过隔振专利技术设计了顺臂隔振和不平衡力检测系统。为保证隔振系统稳定运行和增强主机抗振能力,设计了动平衡调节系统,改进了支承系统与地基的联接方式。最后对主机系统进行了力学分析,其结果表明所设方案满足试验工况和技术指标要求。Two-dimensional geotechnical centrifugal shaker is the most advanced test equipment for the recent earthquake simulation. However,few studies about its development technology have been reported at home. Through the analysis of test conditions of two-dimensional geotechnical centrifugal shaker,the three-layer overall layout and vertical or radial vibration direction were determined at first. Then aiming at given technical requirements of a certain two-dimensional geotechnical centrifugal shaker,a symmetrical structure swing arm with two swinging baskets and the swing arm bracket with welded I-beams frame structure were designed. Meanwhile,the unbalance force detection and radial vibration isolation system was designed based on the patent of vibration isolation. And then the dynamic balance system was designed and the connection mode between the support system and ground was improved to make the vibration isolation system operated stably and increase the anti-overturning ability of the main body structure. Finally,the structure of main body was analyzed,and the results show that the design meets all the test conditions and technical requirements.
