摘 要:目前汽车燃油泵用无刷直流电动机受到越来越多的关注,提出了检测其换相信号的方法。提出的结构由一阶低通隔直滤波器、迟滞比较器和过零比较器三部分组成。迟滞比较器用来补偿一阶低通隔直滤波器产生的滞后相移,详细分析了每一部分的工作原理,给出了相移补偿时低通滤波器截止频率、迟滞比较器增益与门限宽度参数的设计规则。提出的方法结构简单,无需构建虚拟中性点,无需利用软件进行相移补偿。仿真和实验结果表明,提出的方法在任何负载下辨识换相信号精度较高,可以在3 000-9 000 r/min的宽调速范围内实现燃油泵用无刷直流电动机的无位置传感器控制。At present, brushless DC motor for automobile fuel pump has attracted more and more attention. A method of detecting the commutation signals was put forward. The proposed structure was composed of a first order low pass blocking filter, hysteresis comparator and zero crossing comparator. Hysteresis eomparator was used to compensate the phase shift due to a first order low pass blocking filter. The work principle of each part was analyzed in detail, and the design rules of parameters of cutoff frequency of the phase shift compensation low pass filter, hysteresis comparator gain and threshold width were given. This method is simple to implement without the need to phase shift compensation using software or reconstruct the virtual neutral. Simulation and experimental results verify the validity of the proposed scheme of sufficient identification accuracy in a wide speed range of 3 000 -9 000 r/min under any load.
