摘  要:针对聚磁式永磁爪极电机的齿槽转矩的问题,提出了采用爪极偏移削弱齿槽转矩的新方法。在电机二维简化模型的基础上,采用二维有限元软件分析齿槽转矩。通过参数化方法确定了磁极极弧系数和爪极偏移量的较佳组合,而且验证了该方法的有效性。For the problem of the cogging torque of a magnetism gathering claw pole permanent magnet motor, a new method named claw pole offset was presented to decrease its cogging torque. On the basis of the two-dimensional simplified model of the motor, two-dimensional finite element software was used to analyze its cogging torque. One better combination of the magnetic pole arc coefficient and claw pole offset was found by parametric method, and then verify the effectiveness of the method was verified.
