医学论文题名中存在的问题及实例分析与修改

摘　　要：采用单纯随机抽样的方法,从我国各省、直辖市卫生行政部门主管及中华医学会主办的临床医学期刊中随机抽取10种,对其2013年2月—2014年4月出版的期刊所刊载的全部论文进行核查,找出存在问题的题名并做分析。题名中存在的主要问题归纳为7个方面:题名与论文内容不符,题名过大,题名繁琐,题名语法结构不合理,题名用词不当,题名成分残缺,题名中使用了非公知公用的缩略语、字符或代号。列举具有代表性的问题题名,并进行了分析和修改。By the method of simple random sampling, ten samples were randomly selected from publicly issued clinical medical periodicals which are sponsored by the Chinese Medical Association and supervised by the provincial and municipal administrative departments of public health in China's Mainland. We browsed through all papers published from February 2013 to February 2014, and after analyzing the problems existing in the titles, we summarized the problems into seven aspects： inconsistence of content and title, too broad title, cumbersome title, title with improper grammar, title with improper or non-standard words, title with incomplete composition, or use of non-publicly known abbreviations, characters or codes in the titles etc. We listed representative problematic titles, and these problems were analyzed and titles were rewritten.
