摘　　要：通过总结学术出版中遇到的学术失范行为案例,分析媒体融合背景下学术不端新的表现形式及发生原因。认为:学术不端可能发生于学术出版的任一环节,必须引起重视;自觉性的科研道德要求及制度化的出版流程管理,仍然是保持学术纯洁性、防范学术不端的主要手段,不可偏废。Through summarizing two cases of academic misconduct in scholarly publishing, we analyzed the new forms and root causes of such misconduct in the background of the media fusion. We think that the academic misconduct could appear in any part of the academic publishing; therefore, we must pay enough attention to it. Consciously moral requirements to scientific research and institutionalized management of publishing process are still main measures to keep the academic purity and prevent misconduct, and should not be ignored.
