摘 要:为了探究脉搏振动产生的声音信号与标准脉象信号之间的关系,设计了基于驻极体传声器的脉象检测系统,利用双传感器同时采集桡动脉脉象信号。通过对两路信号的分析,得到了脉搏声音信号与标准脉象的一阶导数信号具有强相关性的结论,提出了由脉搏声音信号获取脉象信号的方法,由此获得的脉象图形具有明显的脉象特征,和标准的脉象图形的相关系数大于0.85,也具有很强的相关性,说明这种脉象信号获取方法符合中医脉诊客观化要求,可以用于脉象信号的获取。In order to explore the relationship between sound signal produced by pulse vibration and standard pulse signal,pulse detection system which is based on electret microphone was designed to acquire radial artery pulse sig-nal of two channels. The conclusion pulse sound signal is significantly associated with the first derivative of standard pulse signal was got through the analysis of two signals. Meanwhile,a method for obtaining pulse signal by pulse sound signal was proposed. Pulse graph acquired according to this method has obvious pulse features and correlation coefficient is greater than 0.85,which proved that the method meets the requirements of objectification of pulse diag-nosis and can be used to acquire pulse wave.
