摘　　要：以TI公司的DM6446为核心,在达芬奇平台上实现了视频采集、H.264编码、Web Server网络传输。在视频处理子系统上,使用嵌入式Linux的V4L2应用编程接口实现视频采集,为DSP内核后续的图像处理奠定了基础。摄像头采集的模拟视频信号经TVP5146解码后转换成数字信号被送到DM6446中进行H264压缩编码,并以RTP/RTCP协议传输给客户监控端;电脑客户监控端程序用摄像头可实现现场实时监控和远程控制。Taking TI DM6446 as the core,the Da Vinci platform enables video capture,H. 264 coding,Web Server transmission. Using Linux V4L2 video capture application programming interfaces upon the video processing subsystem for video capture lays the foundation for subsequent image processing based on DSP core. TVP5146 turns the analog video signal captrued by camera into the digital signal which is sent to the DM6446. DM6446 implements H264 compression and transports it to the client with RTP /RTCP protocols; monitoring program on the client PC can enable remote control of the camera and on-site real- time monitoring.
